Since December was so sneaky showing up right after Thanksgiving, we jumped right into the holiday spirit and picked up a tree that weekend. We didn't make it to a Christmas tree farm like
last year,
But Isla and Daddy picked out a nice looking tree at a place nearby. (That lovely tree is now bone-dry, I am just hoping it lasts until Christmas without spontaneously combusting!) Isla loved looking through all of our ornaments, naming her favorites (anything that had pink on it, sparkles or involving an angel) and decorating our tree. I think she even remembered a few from last year. Vivian was more into tasting-testing. We really have to watch her!
